The checkout footer now shows one Terms and policies link in place of a separate link for each policy. The link opens a modal where customers can select any of your policies.
Your policy content does not change, and you do not have to do anything.
Merchants on the Shopify Plus plan can hide the default footer and add their own policy links with Checkout UI extensions.
